Does not allow me to save pics or scan qr code

After selecting picture/s and pressing copy to transfer images to phone app gives me error stating saving pic failed. Lets me review pics when both phone and camera are connected, I just cant get them to successfully transfer to phone. Qr code doesnt scan either
