Since last update( Oct.2016) I have not been able to use the app-( worked fine previously on new Sony A77ii). The app wants a QR/scan only.. this is "new". My camera does not have on screen( see tutorial), able to scan. I was able to enter camera model previously. Cannot seem to find a fix for this(catering to A99 owners?) Great while it worked . -- C.

It works with my iPhone 5s. I use the app for long exposures (bulb mode). It would be a nice to implement a timer for the bulb (instead of the switch that I have to turn off).

Had to take a quick picture, turn on the app and was forced to fill out a survey before I could use the app! I do like Sony but this is bad practice! They could have a skip button or fill out later option, for those who do not want to be surveyed.

After the update just crashes Great before that

I just downloaded photos from my Sony WX350 to my IPhone 6 Plus. It was fast and awesome! What a great App!

This program is not designed to work with every NEX camera, but it works marvels with QX1! Probably the best app for any travelers who have pro-grade lenses and want decent pictures. Wifi connectivity with strong wind up to 15m. easy. Only problem with live video transfer (therefore 4stars). To all the users complaining about not having "iWatch" app - go buy some decent watch! To all the people here comparing this to GoPro - stick to your bad quality overexposed pixelated pictures.

Wish the instructions were more clear... I still cant figure out how to set up the remote. I can only transfer photos but cant figure how to set the mobile remote

The QR scan should just be removed. It did not work with any of my devices and was confusing. Manually entering the network password worked. The help guide is also confusing as it says to enable personal hotspot, but that will disable Wi-Fi. After the cumbersome setup, the app works nice with the camera.

I did not run into the problems others have stated, maybe I got lucky? My experience.. My HDR AS50 connected without any trouble. Now I can operate the camera from my phone and it works as the live remote would! I followed the setup instructions that came wit my camera and was up and running in less than 5 minutes. This app is fantastic since it allows me to watch the footage on my camera instantly! ..Unlike the GoPro app. Love this Sony camera and app combo!

I cannot connect the phone running iOS 9 to the camera. A pop up says "this QR code cannot be recognized" even though the app has been given access to my camera. Useless.

Yeah, it works. But, man, it sure has am bunch of steps to make it work. Plus, if you have a Mac it is even less user friendly. Still, it does work.

Transferring images to my phone is great, but I wanted to be able to use this for bulb setting and it does not seem possible.

Its a little buggy at times. It would be nice if they implemented the X-rite ColorTrue support.

I have tried twice to use this app during video shoots and its been next to useless. No individual ISO/aperture/shutter speed controls. It basically reverts to automatic shooting. No easy way to shoot s log, terrible lag. All around bad user experience. I do not recommend.

I can not transfer my pictures from my camera through this app to mobile phone, it doesnt work!

When you copy pictures from a camera, there is not an easy way to save them to your Photos library on your phone. A workaround is to make a shared photo stream and only share it with yourself but this is clumsy and you have to add photos one by one. The icon REALLY needs some work. It seems that you can only receive photos from the cameras when on the main screen of the App which is frustrating when you want to have to save those one by one to your camera roll. You cant multitask really at all with this app. It does what it is meant to do: receive photos from. Wifi enabled Sony camera, but the benefits dont really go beyond that.

Terrible interface, clumsy execution, only works occasionally. Could be awesome, but its not

I love this app and it doesnt ruin the quality of my pictures but could you please make it so you can download videos? Thanks!

It connected once and then has refused to connect ever since.
